I think the balloon hearts, and huge amount of advertising stores are doing at the moment have made sure that we all know that Valentines Day is coming up. This is my first Valentines that I’m actually in a relationship so I want it to be special. Unfortunately, our valentines date is going to be a few days late as on Valentines we have plans that involve causal clothing. But I thought I’d give a few different outfits that you can wear for different dates this Valentines.
The Casual Date/Night In
I love this cardigan, it’s so cute with the hearts. This is pretty much what I’m planning on wearing this Valentines. The jeans make it perfect for running around or chilling with pizza in front of the TV. I think pizza in front of the TV is what we’re doing.
The Romantic Date
This is what I would wear for a romantic dinner at a restaurant. The cut out heart detail on the dress is adorable but it’s still sexy. Continuing with the cute details I love the Melissa and Vivienne Westwood heels. This is really a vixen outfit and if you want to channel a vixen surely Betty Boop or Jessica Rabbit are good sources of inspiration.
The Bike Ride and Picnic
Anyone who reads my blog will know that I’m a vintage addict. The minute I saw this H&M dress I saw how perfect it would be for a vintage picnic like the lovely Super Kawaii Mama did here. I’ve paired it with simple accessories so that the dress takes the spotlight. Imagine a romantic bike ride before stopping under a tree for chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne.
After Dinner/Valentines Night
It is the holiday of love and I couldn’t help but look at lingerie and maybe suggest a few after dinner outfits. I love stockings and sexy knickers and I can bet that your partner won’t complain either.

I love the floral H&M dress! I actually saw it in the H&M store here in Georgia and was so close to buying it. I’m really not sure what changed my mine. All of the outfits you show are very cute.
